Woman killed in crash with stationary lorry

A 47-year-old woman has died after her car collided with a stationary lorry on the A-3 in Requena.

THE accident occurred around 9:30pm on Sunday, November 8, at kilometre 294.

It’s unclear what caused the crash, according to traffic sources.

The woman, who was travelling alone, died as a result of her injuries.

Several teams of firefighters from the Requena and Chiva attended the crash and had to release the victim from her car, confirmed the Valencia Provincial Firefighters Consortium.
