BREAKING NEWS: Oxford Circus Evacuated

Oxford Circus tube station in London has been evacuated.

There is panic at Oxford Circus tube station as passengers are evacuated and police rush in due to an ongoing incident. Multiple police officers were seen sprinting into the station, minutes later a man was seen being escorted up the steps of the tube station by police.

Multiple police units were seen sprinting into the station in the popular shopping district at just after 5.30 pm on Sunday as police vehicles pulled up outside. Passengers travelling on the underground were asked to leave the station as the incident unfolded.

Police would not comment on the situation and Oxford Street tube station has since been reopened.
