Earlier this year the tennis tournament AnyTech365 Marbella Tennis Open was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic which was a big disappointment for many. This week the tournament is finally being held and it is already a big success.
The 3rd edition of the ATP Challenger tournament had its kick off Saturday in the beautiful surroundings on the tennis courts in Puente Romano in Marbella.
AnyTech365 is presented as the main sponsor of AnyTech365 Marbella Tennis Open and the CEO Janus R. Nielsen is excited about the tournament.
– I am very happy that we finally can hold this tournament due to the current situation. I have been in Puente Romano a couple of times since the start on Saturday and it is a pleasure to see that everything is running smoothly, says Janus R. Nielsen, CEO of AnyTech365 who according to Financial Times is the fastest growing technology company in Spain.
The Tournament Director Ronnie Leitgeb admits that it’s a different kind of tournament this year and he is thankful for the great environment in Puente Romano.
– I am glad that we managed to be one of the few ones who can hold this kind of tournament. Everything is happening outdoors and we are doing the maximum to protect people, says Ronnie Leitgeb, who thinks that Marbella and AnyTech365 are doing a good thing by fighting against the pandemic by holding the tournament.
Because of the limitation of spectators, Ronnie Leitgeb and Janus R. Nielsen decided to make a livestreaming for free so everyone can watch the matches through the website of the main sponsor: https://anytech365.com/tennis-tournament
Even though the Spanish government made new restrictions about COVID-19 it is still possible to buy tickets and come and join the ATP tennis tournament.
