Katie Price to Attend Bankruptcy Hearing by Zoom from £1,400-a-night Maldives Holiday Resort

KATIE Price has said she will attend her bankruptcy hearing by video call while she relaxes on holiday in the Maldives at a £1,400-a-night resort.

The 42-year-old ex-glamour model is having to head back to court (albeit by video call) after officials were tipped off by an anonymous source about the lavish lifestyle she is leading. Price was officially declared bankrupt last November, but since then she has been on six holidays!

A source said: “Katie’s told her team that she can attend by Zoom from her Maldives holiday. She doesn’t see a problem with it – she’s taking the whole thing very seriously – and says the holiday’s not an issue as Carl paid for the holiday.”

It is understood that the mum-of-five won’t be discharged from her bankruptcy until next month. Under current British law, she is supposed to pay any money that she makes from either selling her belongings or paid work to creditors.
