Awkward! Melania rips her hand away from Trump

AWKWARD: Melania rips her hand away from Trump at presidential debate.

Yet another awkward moment for the Trumps as Melania appears to rip her hand away from her husband after the presidential debate in Nashville on Thursday, October 22.

The President and First Lady were in stark contrast to the Bidens, who greeted each other with a warm hug.

Thursday night’s debate saw Donald Trump and Joe Biden face off for a final time ahead of the November 3 elections. They hashed out their issues in a much calmer manner than seen in previous debates, and at the end of their lively discussion both the Democratic party and Republican party leaders’ respective wives joined them on stage.

While they held hands during photos, as the Trumps turned to walk off stage, Melania appeared to yank her hand out of her husband’s grasp and walked away from him.

Excited fans took to Twitter to discuss the awkward moment, with one tweeting: “Apparently Stand By Your Man wasn’t a big hit in Slovenia”.

A previous video of Melania pushing her husband’s hand away as she descended the stairs of an aeroplane also went viral not long ago.
