UK’s first vegan butchers shop is set to open its doors on World Vegan Day

Rudy’s Vegan Butcher will open in Islington, north London as an entirely plant-based alternative to traditional butchers is set to serve faux versions of bacon, chicken, and turkey.

It may not be serving vegan cheese yet but a company in Elche has you covered.

A CGI version of how the store will look has been released for vegan food fans to feast their eyes on ahead of the World Vegan Day launch.

Rudy’s, which also runs a vegan diner in Camden, has announced that for its opening day, the shop will also be giving away 100 lbs of free baycon to the first 200 customers through the door – it’s 1/2lb per customer.

Although the launch of the physical shop is scheduled for World Vegan Day, Rudy’s is also ready to share its awesome food to those outside of London.

The company are now delivering nationwide and offering a free pack of baycon for orders on World Vegan Day, November 1.
