More hybrid vehicles

THE Local Police in Benalmadena will shortly receive five new hybrid vehicles to add to their fleet which the Council estimates will save as much as €17,000 per annum in fuel and will allow a cut in the overall fuel budget to €55,000.

The Council intends to continue replacing traditionally fuelled cars with hybrid vehicles and after Malaga City already has the highest number of these environmentally less polluting vehicles in the whole of Malaga Province.
