BREAKING NEWS – Eiffel Tower gets evacuated

One of the seven wonders of the world has been emptied urgently, after reportedly having had an unidentified call expressing a bomb threat.

The tower has been evacuated as a precaution, the police have blocked off the surrounding area, and were checking the entire area, but have not said anything further.

Paris, being a very touristic city to visit has its dangerous side. Five years ago, Paris had its worst terror attack in decades. The attack of the mass shootings happened at a concert hall, shootings in bars and restaurant, and a few bomb detonations. There were 128 people found dead and more than 300 injured. The attacks were blamed on the extremist group ISIL.

Many stabbings have taken place since, along with more shootings. Another major tragedy that Paris suffered is the fire that ravaged the Notre-Dame. 500 firefighters were working trying to avoid one of the bell towers collapsing. A great meaningful, and touristic piece of architecture was almost destroyed, which cost Paris millions.
