El Borge businessman receives the ‘Sabor a Málaga’ badge for his commitment to local products

PEDRO Blanco, manager of the Posada del Bandolero de El Borge, recently received the ‘Sabor a Málaga’ badge from the Vice President of the Malaga Provincial Council, Juan Carlos Maldonado.
Blanco explained that his company “is committed to local products, such as honey from Frigiliana, oil from Periana, wines from the Dimobe winery, jam, mangoes, raisins from El Borge and avocados.”
The El Borge businessman pointed out that “the summer was expected to be regular, but luckily we have been able to move forward and it has not been as bad as we had thought, we hope that now with the arrival of autumn people will continue to visit the towns inland, with their rich gastronomy.”
