Caroline Flack left a note for boyfriend Lewis Burton at the scene of death, the inquest heard.
CAROLINE FLACK’S inquest has resumed in London today after the Love Island presenter was found dead at her flat in February. It’s been revealed she left a note for her boyfriend Lewis Burton, she left a note saying she wanted to ‘find harmony’ with boyfriend Lewis Burton. There had been much speculation at the time of her death in the media initially to the existence of a note.
No members of Flack’s family were present today, although her mother Chris Flack and twin sister Jody Flack were among those watching proceedings via videolink. The hearing was held adhering to social distancing rules, with witnesses and lawyers listening in remotely and allocation made for some journalists to be present in court.
The former Love Island and X Factor host was found dead at her home in Stoke Newington, London in February. Ms Flack died while she was facing trial accused of assaulting Mr Burton – a charge she denied.
The inquest, before coroner Mary Hassell, was initially opened and adjourned on February 19. Coroner Mary Hassell welcomed Flack’s mother Chris and twin sister Jody to the hearing, who were watching the proceedings via videolink.
