Prince Andrew’s official website quietly taken down

Prince Andrew steps down due to involvement with Epstein

There is a new link when you try to get on to the Prince’s official website, which redirects you to the official Royal Family website, and his statement on stepping down from official Royal business.

SINCE he is currently still under the shadow of the Epstein enquiry, and the arrest of his former friend Ghislaine Maxwell, who allegedly procured victims for the alleged child sex abuser, the website has been taken down.

The official reason being given for the removal of his website is that the contract with the server had come to an end on June 30, and because it was not being updated, it was decided to close the site and link to the Official Royal Family site.

His page on the Royal site still has his biography, but begins with a statement which was issued in November last year that the Prince would be stepping down from all his Royal duties, due to the ongoing investigations in the USA.

During the court case one alleged victim, Virginia Giuffre, claims she had under-age sex with the Duke while on a trip to the UK with Epstein and Maxwell – which Andrew strenuously denies.

Prince Andrew has always categorically denied he had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Ms Giuffre, while his legal team have insisted the Duke has repeatedly offered to provide a witness statement to the investigation.
