OLD TOWN: Altea’s summer parking restrictions now in place, credit: Bic
ALTEA Town Hall announced that the usual summer parking timetable now applies in the Old Town.
Until September 15, parking there is restricted daily between 7pm to 3am, principally affected Calle Sant Josep, Calle Sant Miquel and the Portal Vell.
Holders of a resident’s card may drive in the Old Town during these hours and Traffic councillor Miguel de la Hoz reminded residents to renew expired cards.
This can be done by emailing policiatrafico@altea.es with a copy of the applicant’s ID, Padron certificate, car documentation and phone number.
