Bond’s beautiful French Riviera luxury villa up for grabs for a cool €30 million

SCOTTISH Bond actor Sean Connery has put his beautiful French Riveria home on the market. The six-story villa dating from 1928 and set in elegant surroundings with amazing views over Nice and the Sea.

Priced at €30 million the property actually played a role in the Connery’s final Bond films Never Say Never Again in 1983.

Connery bought the villa, La Roc Fleuri, after marrying artist Micheline Roquebrune and the newlyweds lived there for so long it is known locally as “Sean Connery’s house.”.

The style is retro and Art Deco and uses natural materials from the area. The main salons are spacious and feature huge windows inviting light into the villa. The clifftop home sits on the outskirts of Nice halfway between Cannes and Monaco.  It is one of the last great seaside houses constructed along the Cote d’Azur between the first and second World Wars by English migrants.
