Albir group Co-dependents Anonymous offers a 12-step programme to help those wishing to break the habit of co-dependency

CO-DEPENDENCY: 12 steps to recovery credit: CoDa.org

CO-DEPENDENTS ANONYMOUS, CoDA, is a worldwide fellowship of men and women.
Co-dependency is a deeply-rooted, compulsive behaviour born of dysfunctional family systems and co-dependents often use others as their source of identity, value or well-being and to restore emotional losses from childhood.
CoDA is a recovery programme that uses the structure of the 12 Steps for individual work, preferably with a sponsor (a fellow co-dependent who has experienced their own recovery) and weekly meetings.
The only requirement for attending is a desire for healthy and loving relationships.
Meetings are held in English every Monday at 7pm at the Norwegian church in Albir, Carrer Mart 8.
For more information contact albircoda@gmail.com or see the www.coda.org website.
