Thief in Spain's Mallorca copped for string of car break-ins

POLICE arrested a 25-year-old with an extensive criminal record for a string of car break-ins over recent months in Mallorca capital Palma.
Investigators believe he is responsible for thefts from 12 vehicles in the Coll d’en Rabassa district of the city.
In some of the robberies the thief caused serious damage to the bodywork to get his hands on the music player.
