Breaking: Germany is banning meetings of two or more people in public for 2 weeks

German authorities have issued a ban on more than two people meeting. Authorities say such a ban makes more sense than locking people in their homes. 

The premier of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Armin Laschet, said that family members will be exempt from the rule as he made the announcement at a news conference today.
