AFTER a report was received that a motocross rider had been injured in an accident in the area of the Camino de los Madereros Local Police and Firefighters from Marbella attended.
Two crews were sent by the Marbella Fire Brigade, but after discovering the rider they decided that due to the injuries which included several fractures and the rough terrain, they would need to call in a helicopter to evacuate him to hospital
