During the validity of the state of alarm, article 10 of the Royal Decree has established a series of containment measures in the field of commercial activity, cultural facilities, recreational establishments and activities, hotel and restaurant activities, and other additional measures, indicating expressly in its third section the suspension of the opening to the public of sports and leisure activities so that in accordance with the said rule, the equestrian clubs must remain closed to the public, maintaining minimum services that allow only the necessary care for the horses. Based on this, we recommend that, as other important equestrian clubs in Spain have already done, send a circular notice to your clients, announcing the closure of the facilities as well as the prohibition of the practice of riding, together with some access regulations. Exceptions are made for professionals and stable workers to carry out the following activities:
