Man Licking Ice Cream In Store and Putting It Back In Freezer Is Jailed

D’Adrien Anderson from Texas filmed a video of himself licking ice cream in a Walmart supermarket and then putting the carton back into the freezer. He thought it was a fun prank, and recorded the video amid a viral “Ice cream licking trend” on social media.

He has now been sentenced to 30 days in jail and two years probation for the stunt and has been fined £770 and ordered to pay £1,208 to the Ice Cream company.

What he didn´t show in the video (but is seen on the Walmart surveillance tape) was that he went back and bought the ice cream he had licked.
