MALLORCA is one of the world’s top destinations for 2020, according to travel portal Tripadvisor. Thanks to the comments and opinions of Tripadvisor users, the platform has for the second year in a row put the Balearic island in ninth spot in its Traveller’s Choices annual ranking, behind locations including London, Paris, Rome, Bali and Phuket in Thailand. What’s more, Mallorca is ranked sixth most popular destination in Europe. Tripadvisor describes Mallorca as “a dream island, which inspired artists like Chopin and Miro, and which is currently an important tourist beach destination for the Easter holidays.” It also points out the island is a popular holiday choice for families with children.
