Second edition of Mallorca Cycling Festival confirmed

THE second edition of the Mallorca Cycling Festival has been confirmed.
The event will take place in Consell on October 2, 3 and 4.
Last year’s festival was a clear success, attracting 15,000 visitors and 500 participants in the various trials for both adults and children.
There were also exhibitions, demo-bikes and more than 50 stands.
The Mallorca Cycling Festival will be promoted at the Italian Bike Festival and The Bike Show in Birmingham, as well as at other international fairs.
Attractions for pedal power enthusiats will include a gathering of Balearic Island cycling groups and clubs, the Vinyet Ciclocross Race and the Pump Track Show. There will also be the Abus Boc Gravel Ride to discover unknown Mallorca.
Two new routes – a 75-kilometre blue and a 45-kilometre green – will follow unmade-up lanes in the island’s interior, starting and ending at Consell.
