Caroline Flack’s cause of death was ruled by a coroner as suicide by hanging at the inquest into her death this morning at Poplar Coroners Court.
the coroner told the court that Caroline had died by hanging when she took her own life in her flat on February 15
Jody Flack, her sister who was visiting that day found Caroline Flack in a hanging position.
The inquest has now as standard procedure been adjourned until August while the coroner gathers the post-mortem report, toxicology tests and other evidence.
No family members attended today’s opening hearing.
