A teacher and amateur photographer from Finland has captured images of three bear cubs stood on their hind legs and dancing together.
Valtteri Mulkahainen is a physical education teacher from Sotkamo, Finland. He spends his free time taking up his passion for photography.
Valtteri’s Facebook page shows all of his previous work that include an impressive collection of images that he’s captured.
Valtteri came across the three dancing bear cubs back in June of 2013. He initially stumbled across an adult bear whilst exploring the Finnish taiga, and soon noticed the bear cubs grouping together and beginning to have fun.
He was set up in a shelter fifty metres away from the bears and found the perfect angle to begin capturing the moments.
“I photographed the cubs with the bear all evening and all night,” Valterri said.
“The cubs behaved like little children.
“They were playing, and even started a few friendly fights. I felt like I was on a playground in front of my house, where small children frolic around. That’s how much they reminded me of little children.
“At one point, the three of them got up on their hind legs and started pushing each other. It was like they were dancing in a circle.”
