Harry Styles was threatened at knifepoint and robbed of his cash during a mugging on Valentine’s Day.
Reports suggest that Styles, from Redditch, Worcestershire, was left visibly ‘shaken’ by the incident. The mugging took place when Styles was on a night out in Hampstead, London.
A source has said: “He actually played it pretty cool, quickly giving the assailant cash, keeping himself and the guy calm and getting the situation over with.
“Understandably though it left him very shaken up afterwards.”
Harry Styles is set to appear at tonight’s Brit Awards, where he is also expected to be performing. The singer who rose to fame with boyband – One Direction appearing on the X Factor – is also nominated for two awards; Best British Male Solo Artist and Best British Album.
Styles is yet to comment on the recent passing of his ex partner, Caroline Flack – who sadly took her own life last week.
