Engines Fire Up As F1 Testing Starts At Spain’s Barcelona Circuit de Catalunya

Engines are firing up today in Spain as testing commences for the forth coming F1 season.

Testing has commenced at Barcelona’s Circuit de Catalunya circuit as drivers and teams start to put their newly designed cars to the test.

Williams were first out the box immediately after launching their new car and design, followed by the American team Haas and shortly afterwards French outfit Renault.

Main testing is to start later in the week but today is allow teams to film their cars on track and they are restricted to just 100km distances during the day.

Williams drastically missed last years filming day tests as they still hadn’t prepared their car which totally flopped last season seeing the former world champions hardly finishing races and propping up the back of the grid.
