Yellow Warning Issued As Winds Of Up To 90 MPH Predicted To Smash Britain

Gale force high winds are set to smash across the UK this weekend, and the  the Met Office are issuing severe weather warnings for every area of the country.

Winds  of up to 90mph will batter there coasts in the west and north west, with  wind speeds of 60 to 70mph expected across the rest of Britain.

The Met Office warning extends from 6pm on Saturday until midnight on Sunday, with travel disruption expected and high risks of power cuts and flooding in many areas.
