ALMUÑECAR’s Local Police have a fun new ‘mascot’ which will be the image of the force’s activities in local schools.
Almuñecar Mayor Trinidad Herrera and Safety councillor Francisco Robles did the honours of officially presenting the doggy suit, which was donated by local resident Eladio Carbonell.
The mascot will be used when officers go into education centres for initiatives related to matters like road safety, gender-based violence, cyberbullying and first-aid.
