Resident satisfaction in Spain’s Palma de Mallorca

PALMA City Council will undertake a major survey on residents where they will be asked about their level of satisfaction with the quality of certain municipal services which can be completed online and in face-to-face interviews on the streets. It is anticipated that the initiative will be widened to other municipalities in Mallorca, Spain, where the survey in the capital will focus on employment and business promotion, the environment and services for combating domestic violence, amongst others.
