THE Junta de Andalucia Health and Families department’s Health Emergencies Public Company got at an evaluation of 9.45 points out of 10 from people receiving assistance from 061 health emergency teams in Almeria in 2019.
The most highly rated features of the service were the personal approach of the professionals and the feeling of being in safe hands.
Also ranked highly was the information provided to patients and family members.
