CUEVAS del Almanzora council has now completed a series of improvements to the road leading to the reservoir. The local authority invested just short of €124,000 in works including widening the pavement and building a contention wall. New street lighting has also been installed and a railing protects the access to the municipal multi-purpose building, with an access gate. There are also benches and rubbish bins.
