Unions demand financial discrimination ends for police officers in Spain’s Mallorca

THE unions for the Guardia Civil and National Police have asked the Spanish Government to update the current remuneration that officers receive when on temporary duty in Mallorca, Spain.

They demand that there is an end to the financial discrimination that is subjected on officers who come during the tourism season as there is a higher cost of living in the Balearic Islands in comparison to other regions in the country.
