Violence on the streets of Spain as young man is knifed 4 times in the neck

A MAN is in critical condition after being viciously stabbed in the neck in Madrid, Spain.

As reported by the emergency services, a 23-year-old man was pounced upon on Calle de la Oca in Vista Alegre in the early hours of this morning (January 25).

It is understood that the victim pulled himself to a nearby house to ask for help, with an ambulance arriving to the scene a short time later. Medical personnel state that the man suffered five stab wounds, four in his thorax and one in his back. He was then transferred to Hospital October 12 in Madrid and is now fighting for his life.

As Euro Weekly News understands, the National Police have taken over the investigation to bring the assailant to justice. So far, no arrests have been made.
