PULPI’S giant geode has starred in a Japanese TV programme.
The geological phenomenon appears in a 54-minute long episode of ‘Discovery of the World’s Mysteries’.
The programme featured a tour around the galleries of the Rica mine until reaching the geode.
The mine located in the Pilar de Jaravia area of the municipality has been open to visitors since the beginning of last August. Since then it has attracted thousands of people to marvel at the surprising source of minerals and the natural wonder.
