RESIDENTS have filed a report to Palma City Council after finding hooks hidden inside pieces of sobrasada which were laid down on the streets.
Found in the Sa Indioteria district, residents are concerned they may have been laid down to cause harm to stray cats and dogs, but also pose a risk to children who could play with the food.
