Costa del Sol News: School grants for Torremolinos

FROM January 27 to April 3, Torremolinos residents will receive the delivery of the second payment of school grants allocated for the 2019-2020 academic year, from which “1351 Primary and Secondary students benefit,” as reported by the councilor of Education, José Piña.

“Families will have two months to spend this second payment that varies depending on the percentage of aid granted,” said Piña.

Those who obtained 100 per cent of the subsidy will have €75 and those who obtained 50 per cent will have €37.50 to redeem in the adhered entities.

The beneficiaries will receive an SMS with the amount of the remaining balance of the aid granted that they can use in school supplies, sports equipment or clothing. Góvez Stationery, Stationery Stuff, Tarteous Graphics, Carrefour, Tucan Stationery, Santa Gema Sports, Lucas Rojas, Modas Noelia, Centrovisión, Mi Óptico and Copifax are the collaborating establishments of the 2019-2020 campaign.
