LOCAL POLICE arrested a homeless Portuguese man in Malaga, after his dog suddenly bit a nine-year-old boy who was walking past them. The man -who didn’t try to stop the aggression- had the dog on a long leash and without a muzzle when he attacked the unsuspecting child.
