Costa del Sol News: Yoga life come to Fuengirola’s Sohail Castle

MARENOSTRUM Fuengirola is the perfect location for this year’s Festival Yoga Castillo two-day gathering where you can meet, connect, share and enjoy a healthy, conscious and balanced lifestyle on the shores of the sea and tucked away by the castle. The free festival has been created with the idea of helping people to learn more about the world of Yoga and everything it entails. There will be meditation workshops, sound trips, conferences, mindfulness, dance, fire shows, juggling and music.

Organisers point out that you can bring your own mat or rent one at the site for eight euros.

Those interested can follow the official Facebook page, @festivaldelcastillo, to see the presentations of the 68 professionals who will teach 57 classes during 24 hours of programming in six incredible spaces will be created in and around the wonderful Sohail Castle.

Tickets for the general public are priced at five euros a day and children under 12 can come for free. They will be available at marenostrumfuengirola.com from Monday, January 20th and in the box office on the days of the festival.
