GOVERNMENTAL figures reveal that Calvià had the highest number of speeding fines in Mallorca, Spain, where almost 70% of penalties on the island were handed out in the municipality.
In addition, from January to November 2019, a staggering 26,703 drivers were penalised for speeding on the Ma-1 towards Santa Ponsa.
