A RILED Spanish mum has asked the Ministry of Education of Murcia for a compensation of 200 euros because one of her daughter’s classmates stuck his finger in her daughter’s eye whilst the girl was at school in Los Alcazares – Spain.
The Legal Council for Murcia states that the local government is not responsible for the accidental injury. An injury for which the teachers cannot be held liable, and therefore advises to disregard the claim
The mother demands the money to cover the taxi fare used to take her daughter to the hospital and to compensate the loss of three days’ work.
