Young conductor James Ham
This year the Gibraltar New Year’s Classical Concert has been organised by the Gibraltar Philharmonic Society on behalf of the Government.
It actually takes place in the John Mackintosh Hall Theatre on Tuesday January 7 2020 at 8pm and features The European Sinfonietta, conducted by James Ham who studied at the St Petersburg Conservatory with tickets costing £20 online from the website www.philharmonic.gi.
The concert will consist of a selection of waltzes and polkas composed by members of the Strauss family.
This concert follows the exceptional visit of the renowned Italian Opera Singer Andrea Bocelli earlier this year.
