Axle Rose and his old time pal Slash are to rock Andalucia when they perform a one off concert in Spain.
Guns And Roses hit the rock heights in the late 80’s with a list of albums and hits which were swallowed up by Spanish rock fans all over Spain as the band went onto world fame.
The band split up though after drink and drugs fuelled band fights with Slash claiming lead singer Axle Rose got too big for his boots and egotistic.
The rockers are now reformed back together as Slash has dried out for several years and Rose whilst piling on the pounds has stopped drug taking now for several years.
Axle Rose recently took over as lead singer for AC/DC after Angus Young fired Brian Johnson from the band for too many ” sickies” but now the band has reformed with current line up consisting of Rose, Slash, McKagan, keyboardist Dizzy Reed, guitarist Richard Fortus, drummer Frank Ferrer and keyboardist Melissa Reese.
May 23rd see’s the iconic rockers drop into Spain and bash out all their old rock anthems at the Benito Villamarin Stadium in Sevilla.
With only one date in Spain tickets will rock out to rock fans who are expected to travel from all over Spain to have the opportunity to see their rock idols at the stadium normally associated with Spanish football club Real Betis.
Its a real treat for Spain’s large army of rock fans and tickets go on sale 20th December.
