LUIS DE GUINDOS, former Spanish minister and now Vice President of the European Central Bank believes that it could be sensible to privatise Bankia in which the Spanish government still holds a significant percentage.

Married to Ophelia in Gibraltar in 1978, John has spent much of his life travelling on security print and minting business and visited every continent except Antarctica.
