Costa del Sol: Malaga taxi prices to increase

TAKING a taxi in Malaga capital next year will be more expensive following a proposal to modify the rates of this public transport service that has been the subject of debate in the Regional Planning Commission with an average increase of 1.59%. This comes as an addition to the increase that has already taken place this year.

It will be most noticeable in the service provided on business days, between 10 pm and 6, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the August Fair and Holy Week and on days 24 and 31 December. Where in these cases the increase is 2.15 per cent, costing €4.75.
