Guidelines for mobility scooters in Mallorca

THE National Traffic Directorate has published provisional instructions for the use of personal mobility scooters in Mallorca, Spain, where users will be subject to fines.

Some of the rules that are listed include drivers being subject to alcohol and drugs tests, phones and headphones to prohibited whilst driving and vehicles to not be used in pedestrianised areas.
