ENGLISH NEWS: Man dies after car collides with lamppost and catches fire in London

POLICE are appealing for information after a man was killed when a car collided with a lamppost and became engulfed by flames in north London, England.

As reported by the emergency services, the tragic incident occurred yesterday morning (December 7), after reports of a serious collision on Dollis Hill Lane in Cricklewood.

Officers, the London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade rushed to scene, finding three people trapped inside a BMV. The driver, believed to be in his 20s, was pronounced dead on arrival, with the two other passengers taken to a central London hospital, where their condition is reported to be non-life threatening.

As Euro Weekly News understands, no other vehicles are believed to have been involved in the incident, but police urge anyone in the UK who witnessed the collision or has information that could assist the investigation to call the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 020 8246 9820.
