IT has already started to look a lot like Christmas in Marbella as the La Sala Ski Lodge returned to Banus last Sunday to kick-start the Festive Season and this number one venue will be entertaining guests all of the way up to Christmas..
Imagine that you are in the mountains as you step into the Sala Ski Lodge, located on their outdoor terrace. Enjoy the dazzling snow and twinkling lights, as you wrap up warm and embrace all things toasty.
The official opening started with a live performance from the Marbella Gospel Choir (fronted by popular local singers Mr Maph and Simone together with members of their family) accompanied by freshly prepared mulled wine.
Indeed there is a wide selection of winter warmers for adults and children at the Ski Lodge but that’s only a part of what is on offer every day and evening.
You can book a table for their popular Sunday Roast where you can choose from an extensive menu including succulent roast chicken, tender roast beef or roast pork with crispy crackling. All are served with a selection of creamy cauliflower cheese, Guinness Yorkshire puddings, seasonal vegetables and lashings of gravy.
Two courses cost just €24.50 and three courses € 29.50 and the good news is that children under 10 can also enjoy a special meal for €8.95.
Talking of children, the Christmas icon that is Santa Claus will be visiting the venue three times in the lead up to Christmas.
Accompanied by Snowflake the Elf he’ll arrive at La Sala at 5pm on Sunday December 8, 15 and 22 where he will be in the Live Lounge for an afternoon filled with plenty of games, singalong stories and prizes guaranteed to lift your Christmas spirits so book for lunch and then stay on for Santa.
Tell the children to being their Christmas lists so that Santa can take them back to the North Pole in preparation for his Christmas Eve journey.
There is a special Christmas party menu for those who want to enjoy an evening out with friends or colleagues and there will be live entertainment from a range of top musical talent every night.
Always part of the local community, on Christmas Eve spend the night around the Christmas tree enjoying the sound of Christmas songs and carols as the Marbella Gospel Choir makes a welcome return and if you would like to help those who are less fortunate than yourself, bring a donation of non-perishable food.
This will be collected by the charity Collective Calling and will be passed to local homeless people to help make their Christmas just that little bit better.
Whether you are looking to enjoy an unforgettable feast on Christmas Day, dance the night away on New Year’s Eve or organise a fabulous Christmas Party with friends or colleagues they have it all covered at La Sala Puerto Banus.
