The 12-year-old boy who died following a “deliberately” hit by a car and killed outside his school in Essex has been named as Harley Watson.
Flowers and tributes at the scene near Debden Park High School have been left this morning, naming the 12-year-old victim as Harley.
One of the heartbreaking messages read:
“Dear Harley,
I will miss you so much!
Forever in our hearts.
Fly High

As reported earlier by Euro Weekly News, a 51-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 12-year-old boy was killed in a “deliberate” hit-and-run crash outside an Essex school.
The arrest came after police earlier said they were searching for Loughton man Terry Glover over the incident that happened shortly after the end of the school day, at around 3.20pm on Monday.
The man has been arrested on six counts of attempted murder and one of causing death by dangerous driving.
