THE National Police have arrested a man who alledgedly threatened a resident with a knife in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. According to reports, the incident occurred this morning (November 29), after witnesses reported that they had seen a man threatening another man on the street in the Camp Redó district in the capital. As officers rushed to the scene, the assailant disappeared into the garage at his house. The police asked the man to come out of his property, but he refused. Aware that he was armed with a knife and had a very aggressive attitude, several officers wearing protected shields, forced entry inside the garage. We at Euro Weekly News understand that the man has been detained at a police station whilst the investigation continues.
