Lottery winner in Fuengirola lands an amazing €1 million on the Costa del Sol

The State Lottery has announced the draw of ‘El Millón’ has seen a lucky winner scoop up the amazing €1 million prize in Fuengirola. The money corresponds to a ticket sold in the lottery establishment number 1 of Fuengirola, located in Málaga province. The winner is still unknown and hasn’t chosen make their identity public so far.

Another big stroke of luck has fallen on a resident in Villanueva del Arzobispo in the province of Jaen. The winner’s EuroMillions ticket will pick up a massive amount of €31.535 after being listed as one of the six third category winners with five matching numbers.

The EuroMillions draw is held every Tuesday and Friday with people from Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, United Kingdom and Switzerland participating. The first draw was held in February 2004 in Paris.
