COSTA Del Sol’s Marenostrum Fuengirola Festival in Málaga, Spain, has added new headline acts to boost its spectacular line-up for next year.

Reggaeton star Bad Bunny is set to perform on July 29, an artist who has demonstrated his overwhelming influence and demand across Europe, Latin America and the United States.

Queen tribute band, God Save the Queen, will also captivate the crowd on August 6, demonstrating exactly why 20th Century Fox selected the band for promotional events of the hailed Bohemian Rhapsody film.

Set beside the Mediterranean Sea, with an emblematic castle as a stage and more than 30 concerts by national and international artists, the popular festival will begin on May 16, 2020. Grammy Award-winning rock musician Lenny Kravitz has already been confirmed to perform on July 23, bringing his infectious musical ability to the stage.

Celebrating its fifth edition, next year’s Marenostrum Fuengirola Festival is expected to be even more powerful and with more projection, with the organisers believing that the event will be recognised globally as an important musical event at the height of innovation and technology.

As well as clever mobile applications, there will be an exclusive VIP area with beds and a jam-packed programme of activities for children, with the venue being fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. Castillo Sohail will also increase its capacity, hosting 18,000 spectators, an increase of 4,000 from last year.

Mayor Ana Mula emphasises that the name of Fuengirola will be spread worldwide where the city will be the international epi-centre of music.
